The website and these legal notices are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute and failing an amicable resolution, jurisdiction is conferred on the competent French courts.
Privacy policy and personal data protection
This policy is established in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and with amended Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, data files and civil liberties.
2.1 Data controller

2.2 Data protection contact
The practice has not appointed a data protection officer (DPO). In accordance with Article 37 of the GDPR and the consistent position of the CNIL and the European Data Protection Board, the processing of health data by a practitioner practising individually does not constitute large-scale processing that would make such an appointment mandatory. Doctor Frédéric TEBOUL acts as the contact and is the point of contact for any question relating to data protection.
2.3 Principle applicable to the website
This website is an information website. It has no patient portal, no upload of medical documents and no secure health messaging. No health data should be transmitted through it.
The data processed via the website is limited to the contact and browsing data described below.

None of this processing involves automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR.
2.5 Online appointment booking
Online appointment booking is provided by:
Doctolib acts as a processor within the meaning of Article 28 of the GDPR on behalf of the practice with regard to schedule and appointment data, and as a data controller for the management of the patient account a user creates directly on its platform and for the operation of its own service. A processing agreement compliant with Article 28 of the GDPR has been concluded with the practice.
The data is hosted in France with a host certified as a "health data host" (HDS) within the meaning of Article L.1111-8 of the Public Health Code.
The processing arrangements specific to Doctolib, as well as the rights the user may exercise directly with it, are described in its privacy policy available on its website.
The appointment-booking module integrated into the website's pages (widget) is loaded only after the user's consent to the corresponding trackers has been obtained. In the absence of consent, a simple link to the practitioner's Doctolib page is offered, with no tracker placed.
2.6 Data processed as part of care
Independently of the website, medical care gives rise to the processing of health data (identity, contact details, medical history, examinations, reports, correspondence with fellow practitioners, billing data).

2.8 Transfers outside the European Union
The website data and the data relating to appointment booking are hosted within the European Union.
Embedded YouTube videos. Certain pages of the website embed videos hosted on YouTube, a service provided to users of the European Economic Area by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Displaying a video involves a connection to Google's servers and may give rise to a transfer of data to the United States, for the benefit of Google LLC. This transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which Google LLC is certified, supplemented where appropriate by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
These videos are embedded in enhanced privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com domain) and are loaded only after the user's explicit consent . As long as this consent is not given, a static thumbnail is displayed in place of the player and no connection to Google's servers is established.
No other transfer outside the European Union is carried out. Details of the trackers concerned are set out in point 3.
2.9 Security
The data controller implements the appropriate technical and organisational measures provided for in Article 32 of the GDPR: encryption of traffic (HTTPS/TLS), management of access rights, strong authentication of administrator access, logging, regular backups, security updates, and awareness-raising among persons bound by professional secrecy.
In the event of a data breach likely to give rise to a risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals, the CNIL is notified within 72 hours and the persons concerned are informed where the risk is high, in accordance with Articles 33 and 34 of the GDPR.

A response is provided within one month of receipt of the request, a period that may be extended by two months in the event of complexity or a high number of requests. Proof of identity may be requested in the event of reasonable doubt as to the identity of the applicant.
2.11 Access to the medical record
Access to health information is subject to a specific regime provided for in Article L.1111-7 of the Public Health Code. The request is addressed directly to the practitioner. The information is communicated at the latest within eight days following the request and after a reflection period of forty-eight hours, this period being extended to two months when the information is more than five years old.
The rights holders, the cohabiting partner or the partner bound by a civil solidarity pact of a deceased person may access the information necessary to know the causes of death, to defend the memory of the deceased or to assert their rights, unless the person expressed a contrary wish before their death.
Reproduction and postage costs may be charged, without exceeding the actual cost.
2.12 Medical confidentiality
Professional secrecy is binding on the practitioner under the conditions of Articles L.1110-4 of the Public Health Code, R.4127-4 of the same code and 226-13 of the Criminal Code. It covers everything that has come to the physician's knowledge in the practice of his profession. This privacy policy applies without prejudice to that obligation, which prevails.
2.13 Minors
The website is not specifically aimed at minors and does not knowingly collect their data via its forms. In accordance with Article 45 of the Data Protection Act, a minor may consent alone to the processing of their data for information society services from the age of 15; below that age, the joint consent of the holder of parental authority is required. The medical care of a minor is subject to the specific rules of the Public Health Code.
